Isaac is currently a general surgery resident at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia, he received his B.S. in Chemistry at the College of William & Mary with a double major in Ancient Greek. He received his MD from Harvard Medical School, where his research focused on access to surgical care in rural Burundi. His interests include surgical capacity building, international trauma systems development, and surgical education.
