Frances Hu, MD, MSc, is a General Surgery resident at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH). She grew up in Glastonbury, CT. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Basis of Behavior at the University of Pennsylvania and received her Doctor of Medicine and Master of Science in Clinical Research at Emory University. At the Brigham, Dr. Hu serves on the Surgery Wellness Committee and the House Staff Quality and Safety Council.  Her research interests include implementation research and goal-concordant surgical care.  In her free time, Dr. Hu enjoys running, spinning, reading, and trying new foods.
