We are excited to announce a collaborative initiative by the Center for Surgery and Public Health and the Program for Global Surgery and Social Change. Our 2019 Research Fellows Summer Course schedule is set. The theme for the courses will focus on Eliminating Disparities & Providing Optimal Quality Surgical Care For All. It is designed to be an overview for research fellows to develop a foundation on health services research. It will provide insight on study designs, biostatistics, key methodologies, policy, global health, and other topics. It will consist of 18 courses over 6 weeks on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM starting on July 16 to August 22. We encourage all fellows, residents, post-docs, students, staff, and faculty to attend. We have rotated the lectures at sites in BWH and HMS to make is accessible to all.
